About this opportunity

 

As the Analyst / Senior Analyst, you’ll take part in developing solutions as well as support day-to-day processes. We hope that you can partner with the business to bring together the platform, data and business intelligence solutions.

 

Nordea Life & Pension's Trading and Analytics provides back- and middle office related services to support Nordea Life & Pension's Investment department in institutional asset management activities as well as in investment product offering.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Portfolio and performance reporting
  • Sustainability reporting
  • Provision of investment analysis (e.g. performance attribution, investment risk or different portfolio optimizations)
  • Development of BI tool applications and reports for end users in the area of investment performance and sustainability
  • Participation in Insurance Company regulatory reporting

 

NLP Performance Reporting & Analytics is a Nordic team based in Finland, Norway and Sweden. This role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background: 

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Mathematics or similar. You can have a business background but we welcome also applicants with technical background having willingness to learn more about insurance and finance
  • Preferably understanding of financial instrument and investment risk concepts
  • Tech-savvy and some experience in working with Business Intelligence tools, as well as understanding of relational databases
  • SQL skills preferred as well as at least one other programming language at basic level
  • Experience from Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, PowerBI)
  • Work experience minimum 3+ years preferably from finance related jobs
  • Full proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
