🏢 Joining our office in Stockholm, you will get to work in a cross-functional dedicated in-house team consisting of developers, designers, QA testers, analysts, and a product lead and team lead.
💼 Your day-to-day will include everything from leading AI research and model development, and deploying solutions at scale, to communicating, educating, and managing stakeholders and their expectations.
🌱 Finally, you also have the support of other AI enthusiasts with different backgrounds, such as data analysts, developers, and designers, who work on our AI projects to learn from one another, share experiences, develop new skill sets, and collaborate.

As an AI Engineer with us, you’ll play a crucial role in pushing our AI initiatives forward, ensuring they're not just well-loved, but also tailored to our users’ needs. 🌟 If you're into dreaming up big AI ideas and getting your hands dirty coding and deploying them, you'll fit right in here.
More Specifically, In Your Role, You Will Be
Leading the exploration and application of LLMs and Generative AI, venturing into new areas within these fields, including multi-modal capabilities. You will be the go-to expert when creating new business opportunities, assisting sales, and pitching AI solutions to our partners.Developing, testing, deploying, and evaluating AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.Managing and improving data pipelines that are the backbone for training our AI models, making sure they perform at their best.Collaborating in cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and lead projects that enhance our AI capabilities.Sharing what you learn and discover about AI with our internal teams and external partners. Your insights will help us all grow.Taking the lead on internal projects using Generative AI to make our company smarter and more efficient, leveraging all the cool AI tools out there.Keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest AI trends and breakthroughs, so we’re always ahead of the curve.
Who We Think You Are
Are you ready to make this role your own? 🙌 We believe you might feel at home with us if you have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Hands-on work experience in AI, machine learning, LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG.Experience with at least one of the cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, and GCP.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks).Experience with data engineering tools and platforms, and can handle large, complex datasets.Great problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to work on complex projects and translate business challenges into AI/ML-driven solutions.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.An adaptable and collaborative spirit, you thrive in a changing environment and enjoy working collaboratively with a team dedicated to innovation.
