: Develop and implement EHS and sustainability strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and drive continuous improvement Lead and manage a team of EHS and sustainability professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate them Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS and sustainability considerations into business processes, including product design, supply chain management, and operations Stay up-to-date with emerging EHS and sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices, and provide recommendations for program enhancements and improvements Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards sustainability goals Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Sustainability, or related fields Senior experience in EHS management, preferably in a leadership role. Experience within the sustainability area is beneficial. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards in EU. Swedish and English language are required.
