Air Logistics Export Gateway Specialist

We are looking for an Export Gateway Specialist to join our team in Air Logistics in Malmo, Sweden. Your Role As an Export Gateway Specialist you will be responsible of the entire export process, from coordinating with shippers and carrier to ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements. You will also handle customs clearance, freight booking and communications with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Your Responsibilities

• Planning, dispatching and optimization of air cargo consolidations, both lose and ULD bookings, under financial and customer-oriented aspects;
• Close communication and coordination with third party services providers to ensure a seamless cargo flow;
• Preparation and execution of export customs clearance;
• Creation of shipment documentation;
• Request and procure additional capacities on ad-hoc basis with airlines;
• Support the gateway customer care team in handling escalations.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Previous work experience in the Air Freight forwarding industry;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
• Perseverance and resistant to challenge;
• Excellent organizational and strong interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal). Swedish is a plus;
