Warehouse Supervisorâ¯will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and leading the employees to accomplish the productivity goals for the day and establishing a culture of positive employee relations while ensuring all processes, best practices, and policies are adhered to consistently. Supervisor will be responsible for 6-15 FTE including team lead positions. This role will require Supervisor to create a climate in which people want to do their best; empowers others; invites input from each person; makes each individual feel his/her work is important; is someone people like working for and with. 

The role is working office hours 8-16.25, monday- friday.
 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
 

· Provide daily direction and leadership to the Warehouse department.

· Delegate and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of the staff.

· Physical Goods receiving, arrival control, picking, packing, loading, and re-packing/re-labelling.

· Engage with logistics projects as determined by Logistics Management

· Lead and/or participate in continuous improvements events as requested.
 

The essential requirements of the job include:
 

· Minimum 2 years of supervisory/Management/Lead experience or demonstrated skills required

· Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP required.

· Knowledge of and experience with warehouse functions.

· Knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling related warehouse activities (MSDS, Equipment checklist, BOL).

· Certified, or ability to be certified on all forklift equipment.

· Working and understanding of WMS system
