About this opportunity

 

Welcome to Nordea Hypotek AB – a fully owned subsidiary of Nordea Bank Abp. We are the Product Responsible Unit for products, processes and applications within mortgages in Sweden. We are also the competence center for questions in this area. The majority of our customers are private individuals, but we also provide mortgages to municipalities, tenant owned associations, property management companies and agriculture. Product-related development takes place within the agile Home Journey hub, in which we are contributing.
 
What you will be doing:

  • Drive high quality analyses and create decision-making proposals to the leadership team and colleagues working with our mortgage product/ business development
  • Deliver recurring reports and data which are key for managing mortgage risks and business operations
  • Support with data and analytics in particular related to mortgage financials, credit risk exposure and ESG risk in the company
  • Work in a team-context with colleagues in Hypotek and collaborate with stakeholders across the bank 

 

The role is based in Stockholm. We work mainly from the office, but some degree of hybrid working is possible.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Strong competence within data analytics and business analysis 
  • SQL and MS Office proficiency, in particular Excel. 
  • Experience from BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects and MS Power BI is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience working with data sources in Nordea is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization, including excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Self-drive with an ambition to make a difference
  • Academic degree in relevant field
