Student worker â Customer Care (m/w/d)

As a Customer Care student worker, you are part of a dedicated service team within the Service & Solution Delivery organization in Philips Health Systems Nordics, you will be reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager.

Your role:

⢠Supporting ongoing administrative initiatives.

⢠Preparing and sending out customer communication via email.
⢠Calling customers.

You're the right fit if:

⢠You are a student of at least 2nd year of Medical Engineering or similar field.

⢠You are fluent in Danish and English (knowledge of any other Nordic language is an asset).
⢠You have a genuine customer service mentality.

⢠You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and good administrative skills.
